Lead time is an estimated time frame for when the item(s) will ship from date of purchase. We always try to ship out early and will ship as soon as the item becomes available. If multiple products are ordered, we will ship any "in stock" product within 4-7 business days from the date the order is placed, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
We ship via UPS. All packages are tracked and insured. Due to UPS policies, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, please ensure that a physical address is provided for shipping.
We are happy to ship internationally, and currently have forms in 16 countries (and counting!). We can *usually* get better shipping rates than what Shopify quotes to most places in the world. If you would like a personalized shipping quote, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will provide one for you, and can invoice you directly through Shopify, rather than placing an order through the shop.
Customers will be responsible for any taxes and fees imposed by the courier and/or country/customs. We are not able to provide a quote for these taxes and fees, as they are different for each country and product. Refunds will not be given due to country and/or courier taxes and fees incurred. We do allow for local pickup at our shop. Please select local pickup at checkout and send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with LOCAL ORDER PICKUP as the title to set up a time to pick up your item(s).
