These templates are made of high quality .5” HDPE from Mitsubishi and have a .25” center hope for reference if necessary.
These templates are intended to be used in conjunction of a flush trim bit in either a handheld router or with a router table.
How to use:
Use the template to trace the perimeter on your blank. Cut as close to the outside of your traces line as you can. Double side tape the template to your tough cut blank then use your router with a flush trim bit to clean up the blank by following the template with the bearing to make a “perfect” 16” circle. Great for ease and repeatability.
